History - Established in 2017

Knowing the growing interest for healthier alternatives and the theories interpreted by scientific, statistical and empirical research. My partner and I decided to explore the possibilities of providing tasty wholefood plantbased options for vegans, raw vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Options that can assist the transition to a plantbased lifestyle so much more easier and fun for you the interested individual.  

Using an "Ital" approach, we use no animal products or by products and select our ingredients carefully to ensure wholefood plantbased integrity. We do a lot of our productions from scratch and most definitely do not use processed products, concentrates or microwave ovens, hence, the slogan "Itally vegan". 

We are here to make our customers know that going fully plantbased is not limited or monotonous as the many misconceptions claim but fun and exciting with vibrant varieties. We are a continuous work in progress to ensure that our operations and menu options exceed our customers expectations.
